RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind you can return the item(s) for a refund within 28 days.

Items must remain sealed, unopened, completely unused to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used.

You will need to pay the appropriate postage costs to return the item to us.

If you believe an item to be faulty please email claire@claireburchell.com with photos of the item received and description of the fault so we can assist you further.

Q. How long do refunds take?

A.Typically it can take up to 2 working days for a return to be processed. During busy periods, this can take longer. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your original payment method.

Q. Who pays for postage?

A. The customer covers return postage costs where they have changed their mind or no longer need the item. In the event of a faulty claim, we will assist with return postage.

Q. I have changed my mind, Can I get a refund?

A. We are happy to return items that are unused and remain sealed in original packaging. We will not accept a return of any item that is used or opened at all.
